 ffmpeg should query the MSDK level and selectively enable/configure
 features based on it (which might be what you're saying as well).
 Do you have an ability to revert QSV_VERSION_MINOR back to 9 or just take
 and compile latest ffmpeg sourcedrop but during test explicitly specify
 look_ahead=0 in the ffmpeg command line? Will such combination work on ivy
 bridge cpu?
