 a solution to convert your sample file.

 try asking on moviecodec.com for a codec to decode your file.

 or record these calls. or maybe the name of the hardware used? any
 information like that will help me to locate the codec.

 you can also try contacting cisco and voiceage.com and sipro. maybe one of
 them can help...
