 Today it happened to me twice that FFMpeg stopped encoding a HD resolution
 video because there was no more space left on the device. Now I have
 deleted some of unnecessary files and there is enough space but it really
 gave me a headache that I needed to redo the whole conversion from start.
 I'm talking about a conversion that takes 8-10 hours. The partially-
 converted output file stayed there but I have found no adequate ways or
 howtos about resuming an interrupted conversion.

 I would like to request a simple feature: '''If there is a write error to
 the disk, pause the encoding, let the user do the troubleshooting and then
 let them resume.'''

 This would be really useful in all cases of I/O errors, for example a USB
 hub doing a reset then interrupts all the devices plugged into it. Same
 happens.
