 I have uploaded this file that is supported by sph2pipe, but not by
 ffmpeg:

 shorten_in_nistsphere_does_not_work_with_empty_output.sph


 This file is not supported by both programs, but the contained stream is
 valid mu-law data:

 mulaw_in_nistsphere_does_not_work.sph
