 shorten_in_nistsphere_does_not_work_with_empty_output_2.sph

 I found the original source of the shortpack file, and it was an
 uncompressed sphere directory. I did not find any nist sphere + shortpack
 or wavpack files in any of the corpora that I have here yet.
 I am going to do a more extensive search during the next days.
