 I'm currently trying to figure out how to manage the "default" audio track
 and this ticket is the closest I've come. I'm muxing h264 video along with
 aac and dts audio and don't have alternative languages so default has
 nothing to do with languages. Am I suffering this bug or just missing
 documentation on how to tag a default audio track?
