 Summary of the bug:
 One HD IPTV channel cannot be recorded by ffmpeg, but it is played by
 ffplay with no problems.
 All other channels are recorded just fine.

 How to reproduce:
 $ ffmpeg -y -ss 1 -i iptv-raw -t 10 -f avi -c copy /tmp/a.avi
 ...
 video:0kB audio:402kB subtitle:0kB other streams:0kB global headers:0kB
 muxing overhead: 4.585604%

 -report log file is attached.
