 Commandline is already in the ticket, but just to be sure, it can be
 reproduced by copy-encoding any wav file by 'ffmpeg -i  testin.wav  -c:a
 copy  testout.wav'

 In case of the aac codecs this would be : 'ffmpeg -i  testin.wav  -c:a
 libfdk-aac  testout.aac'  or 'ffmpeg -i  testin.wav  -c:a aac  testout.aac

 Attached are the input en output wav's of our test.
