 FWIW, I have written an ISOBMFF parser in the past and in my opinion the
 optimisation done with fc09bf57 is correct. I looked at after.m4a in a hex
 editor and both the stsc and stco atoms appear to be following the ISO
 14496-12 spec. My guess is on a bug in the device.
