 with the "reconnect_delay_max" Option FFmpeg is waiting max. 4294ms until
 reconnect.


 '''If a Stream is down for more than 4 Seconds FFmpeg will NOT reconnect
 anymore !'''

 Can somebody increase the Delay please ?
