 As the one that currently bumps ffmpeg 3.1 within kodi I try to reproduce
 your mp3 issue. I think you need to upload a sample for investigation as
 my mp3 files are fine.

 The error should also be reproducable with ffplay if this is a general
 ffmpeg 3.1 issue.
