 As of FFmpeg version 3.0 there's still  no ISMT closed caption support
 yet, it is used by silver light. Normally produced by MP4Split or MS
 Encoder.

 $250 for unicode support of SMPTE-TT/SRT/STB to ISMT conversion support.
