 The point is that I want to '''discard''' the subtitle track, regardless
 of whether it's valid or not. And there is no way of doing it for mp4 (or
 most likely mov).

 - ffmpeg does not do what I tell it to do
 - ffmpeg pretends to do what I tell it to do
