 Okay, but 99.5% of my videos work with MP4 container just fine on iPad.
 It's the remaining 0.5% that needs to be fixed.
 Is there a way to fix "timebase" on MP4 containers ?

 -video_track_timescale is not a documented option; ffmpeg --help doesn't
 even list it, and when I try to use it, ffmpeg can't find output file.
