 Above you wrote that you get artefacts "sometimes" and after running
 several encodes, now they are identical in runs on different hardware.
 If you can always reproduce the issue, please provide one (!) command line
 together with the complete, uncut condone output and one input sample that
 allows to reproduce the issue.
