 before apply new commit
 Start fps - 17fps
 Minimum fps - 12fps
 Elapsed time for encoding complete - 00:01:06


 After apply new commit
 Start fps - 12fps
 Minimum fps - 9.6fps
 Elapsed time for encoding complete - 00:01.24

 Pretty big performance decrease with new commit

 Any reason apply this commit?
 Can you revert it?
