Comment:

 The alternative is to set {{{seekable}}} to either {{{0}}} or {{{1}}}
 which I expect to be the simple solution for youtube-dl.

 I am closing this ticket since we want to send the {{{Range:}}} header by
 default to find out if the server supports seeking, at least two work-
 arounds exist.
