 I rarely use a file input so it's hard to say whether there was there such
 a mistake, but for udp input it quite often

 P.S.: today I've updated my previous order, there is also a similar bug
 with hls< but there seems to be a chunk size equal to 0 and the new chunks
 stop being generated
