 Please note that for some-reason now, even ubuntu version is showing the
 same error.
 I am able to download this m3u8 file using my chrome web browser with no
 problems.

 If the link got expired you need to get a new one using this website
 (through chrome web developer tools) :
 http://www.fox.com/watch/935966275943/7816835328
 and you should have an American ip address.
 The m3u8 FILE does not need that (it is not restricted in Geo locations).
