 ffmpeg git master cannot recognize rockchip-mpp 20171107 (latest version
 at the time of writing) at build time. It gives the following error:

 ERROR: Rockchip MPP is outdated, please get a more recent one.

 How to reproduce:
 {{{
 $ git clone git://source.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git
 $ cd ffmpeg
 $ ./configure --enable-version3 --enable-libdrm --enable-rkmpp
 }}}

 It compiles fine with the previous rockchip-mpp version 20170811.
