 mp4 encode to h264 can not play in the firefox and ie11,but fine in the
 chrome
 but,use desktop program "easy video maker" to encode the same video to
 h264 is ok in the firefox,ie11,chrome.

 i use the command:
 ffmpeg -i bad.mp4 -vcodec libx264 -strict 2  999.mp4
