 Sorry for my comment, I didn't see your sample and I misunderstood your
 report.

 For future tickets:
 Please always test current FFmpeg git head, nothing else is supported.
 Please tell us that you uploaded a sample, they are easily missed.
 Never use FFmpeg to cut transport streams, use `dd` or similar.

 Please confirm that the issue is also reproducible with the original file,
 not just the remuxed sample that you uploaded.

 Needs `--enable-bsf=extract_extradata` to reproduce, regression since
 b0322e4a9e326f41e0214abb0083fe9eb7407460, related to ticket #4554.
 I don't know if this issue is also related to ticket #6422.
