 The loglevel option includes a repeat flag; however when logging with the
 FFREPORT global variable the the repeating can not seem to be disabled. I
 propose supporting an option in FFREPORT such as
 `FFREPORT=file=log:level=32:repeat=false` so that repeating can be
 disabled in the FFREPORT log.
