 Created using magiclantern-Nightly.2018Jul03.700D115.zip. Subject is a
 gray card. Color is correct if played back in camera. mlvfs converts MLV
 to DNG and also creates a correct color output:
 https://avmule.com/samples/M16-1626_000000.dng

 The pink and purple artifacts in the center of the image are present in
 the source are not related to this "green" issue.
