 There's neat color maps and it's great to have a plethora of options like
 size and window size, etc.
 But, what about setting the background color?

 Like instead of black, a harsh pink or green.
 Selecting a color might mix in with the color map, given.
 Black, white and grey would be nice options to pick from.

 Or even alpha transparency.
 Color spectrum on a transparent background (especially with no legend
 drawn) could add a whole new creative level of editing.

 The waveform supports various colors and transparency.
