 Hi, i'm requestting this feature, considering already here is filters to
 detect things.

 The idea is can detect a frame in a video, ideally with an aproximation
 function, so can found for example frames 95% similar (with a input
 frame).

 A useful extra feature would be can compare an input image with the frames
 and get the position/time of the similar frames.
