 If `ffmpeg` crashes (as the ticket title suggests), please provide
 backtrace, disassembly and register dump as explained on
 https://ffmpeg.org/bugreports.html
 If `ffmpeg` freezes, run the binary from `gdb`, interrupt it with Ctrl-C
 and post the backtrace here.
 In any case, you need (static) `ffmpeg_g`, the debug binary.
