 I think the best is I give to you an access to my server so I'm sure you
 can check it in 5mn and avoid I spend hours for the same result.
 As I said the issue is clear and you can reproduce it with any kind of
 rtmp live stream as input encoding in mp4 as output.
 just disconnect the live stream while it's encoding you will reproduce the
 issue.
 only ffmpeg version 3.4.x is ok for now
