 On my end, I tested 4a9d32baca3af0d1831f9556a922c7ab5b426b10 and the
 previous commit (2b320318273b74df6e1b712fb33544d6a1b26be1) using ffmpeg
 and found that in both cases the stream hangs after 6 seconds of playing
 back. The output file doesn't play under VLC.
