 I did some more tests and if input starts correctly from keyframe, then
 using -r 50 as input flag I don't have issues. However, my user case is
 transcoding live multicast mpegts streams or http unicast mpegts streams
 that I cannot guarantee they start at keyframe. When that is the case, -r
 50 produces async output.
 Why we can't make it to work with -r 50 at output as it does work since
 the above mentioned commit?
