 Kind of. I think  ultimately the issue is that ffmpeg does not detect
 clean aperture values, and when remuxing to any container, this context is
 lost. I am specifically interested in the mapping of these values to
 Matroska, and I would consider the PixelCrop values to be the suitable
 destination for these values. You could say that there should be a mapping
 to AVI/MXF etc but I don't know about those containers.
