 What exactly should be done with the stream you provided that cannot be
 done with current FFmpeg?
 It is of course much easier to answer this question if you provide the
 command line that you tested (you did test something to make sure the
 issue is reproducible with current FFmpeg, no?) together with the
 complete, uncut console output and explain what is wrong about the output
 file or what you want to improve about the output file.
