 Atmos in EAC3 is a joke anyway. Its still a fixed bitrate stream, so the
 Atmos data actually eats space away from the main audio stream - which is
 also why the size doesnt change when you transcode it like that, your new
 stream actually has a higher bitrate for the base audio then the source.
