 Summary of the bug:
 Transcoding FLAC 24-bit stream to MP3 display a weird logging message for
 the output:
 "Stream #0:0, 0, 1/48000: Audio: mp3 (libmp3lame), 48000 Hz, stereo, s32p
 (24 bit), 320 kb/s"
 But the output file is not, as expected by the standard AFAIK.
