 Summary of the bug:

 In the official documentation https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html these
 HW filters are missing:
 - scale_cuda
 - thumbnail_cuda
 - scale_qsv
 - deinterlace_qsv
 - overlay_qsv
 - vpp_qsv

 However, others like yadif_cuda and scale_npp are documented.

 I suggest to almost ''list'' them in the documentation. With special care
 to scale_cuda and scale_qsv as they are very useful.
