 I can see that the window positions itself to the top left corner for a
 fraction of a second before going full screen, but I guess I am used to
 this. Definitely has been this way as long as I can remember, going
 fullscreen never was "smooth". I also don't see why it is a big deal. A
 bit ugly, but does not affect usability.
