 While reading your post, I realized maybe I just used the wrong wording.
 No one wants to work on something boring like "bugs". But when we call
 this a "fancy you technology", that is currently not "supported", there
 will be much more incentive to work on these. This is the missing peace in
 my puzzle. We don't have to incentivize people to fix bugs, we just have
 to stop calling it a bug!

 To whomever is picking this up: I wish you all the best and hope you have
 a good time while working on this very exciting, futuristic technologies
 like HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. I wish I had the talent to work on such
 exciting topics. I can only imagine how much fun it will make to work with
 these technologies. :-)
