 I see what you mean, and it does show "start: 60.941333".

 However, AFAIK `-copyts` is the only way to cut videos with input seeking
 and end time (`-to`) (instead of duration). Is there anyway to cut this
 kind of video without manually calculating the duration based on end-time?
 Because ffmpeg -ss 00:00:30 -i video.ts -to 00:00:40 will just cut from 30
 to 1:10 instead.
