 Trying to set the rate with -pcr_period does not seem to work. Is there
 something else that needs to be specified? Also, I should probably note
 that if the stream is re-encoded the PCR is set correctly, but re-encoding
 is not an option for what I need to do.

 Command line:
 ffmpeg -i ".\\Original_100ms_PCR.ts" -map 0 -f mpegts -c: copy -pcr_period
 100 ReBroadcasted_1100ms_PCR.ts
