 Summary of the bug:
 How to reproduce:
 - Create a new filter and add it to libavfilter/Makefile.
 - Build the project --> success.
 - Remove the new filter and delete it from libavfilter/Makefile.
 - Clean and build the project --> error: vf_newfilter.c in filter_list.c
 not declared.
