 VP8 encoding is not supported by MSDK, see https://github.com/Intel-Media-
 SDK/MediaSDK/issues/947
 VP9 encoding is supported by MSDK, but only available on Intel IceLake
 platform which hasn't been released. I will add it once IceLake is
 launched.
