 Funny disscussion, but seriously with HDR one should not copy the metadata
 by default. IMO, in so many cases convertation of HDR includes color
 management, transfer characteristics changes,  luminance convertation and
 tone mapping is done by default to just present it (differently according
 by device capabilities), there is global metadata and metadata in SEI,
 etc, etc. Just read this https://github.com/sekrit-twc/zimg/issues/69 for
 new ICtPCp color space which is now part of HEVC standards and new
 BT.2100. Crasy one. In so many case the metadata is broken, so you know.
