-------------------------------------+-------------------------------------
In my post production company a Dubbing mixer realised that the audio is
async by 1 frame in one of our tool.

After investigating he realised that ffmpeg output is out of sync by 1
frame for a few years now, no matter which version of ffmpeg

You can see the issue on the following screen shot.
 issue/Shifted+Audio+-+MXF+Export+Original+1+-+start.png]

We also noticed that the end of the file is slightly different.

 issue/Shifted+Audio+-+MXF+Export+Original+1+-+end.png]

 How to reproduce:
I used the most basic transcoding ffmpeg -i <input> <output> as you can
 see in the report here:
 issue/ffmpeg-20191030-110046.log]

Here is an original file that is causing the problem:
 issue/Shifted+Audio+-+MXF+Export+Original+1.mov]

Here is the shifted compressed video:

 issue/Shifted+Audio+-+MXF+Export+Original+1.mp4]

You can right click on each link and "Save link as..." to get the file,
let me know if you want me to send the file in a different way.

 Thanks for your help
