I change libx264 branch from master to "stable" - seems like the problem
is gone.
I'm not sure it is hw because I tried it on two different VMs (different
hosts, CentOS and RHEL 7) - could reproduce after some point.
Will try newer compiler - but will continue with x264 mailing list.
