 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, we haven't
 heard back from the people who raised this problem. One thing we do know
 though, is that it only seemed to happen with their files and we haven't
 seen this from anyone else. I'm not 100% sure, but from everything we've
 seen, I'd say that's the only camera they were using. Sorry I can't be
 more specific.
