 The original command line still fails with the error "Too many packets
 buffered for output stream 0:1.", but if one adds `-max_muxing_queue_size
 400` to it, one now gets `Duration: 00:00:03.07` for the output file,
 while it previously gave `Duration: 00:00:05.60`.
