 in this case (%01d) segments have to be no great then 9, and if hls_wrap
 option will be deprecated, than i can to do playlyst with repeated
 numbering chunks....its needed to exclude monitoring the deletion of
 previously created files, since they will be constantly overwritten by new
 ones ... after restarting ffmpeg does not delete old files (its would be
 better if they will deleting by special flag).
