In the ml archive I found an initial report on an early version of
Baptiste's patch that caused exactly the same error message: https://www
.mail-archive.com/ffmpeg-devel at ffmpeg.org/msg83824.html
Maybe it is related to this patch but that is just a rather uneducated
guess.
ffmpeg version git-2019-04-30-5650668a1b remuxes it without problems.
