 Perhaps... but if I use this command: ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vcodec copy
 -acodec copy output.mp4  I get a file which i can then convert mkv or any
 other format without errors (or warnings??? I do not understand what it
 means - STSC entry XXX is invalid).
