 @cehoyos

 I received word back from the person who has been creating the "repro
 content." Before they provide their permission to share the content here
 they wanted the following Qs answered:
 -- How long will the repro file be retained by ffmpeg? Is there a period
 when it will be deleted (I can manage content lifecycle on the storage
 server if need be)
 -- Who will have access to the repro content? Can we restrict to a
 specific developer or set of developers? If need be, I can work with
 specific developers and hand them expiring URLs.
